Bag Designer – Product & Packaging Design

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Bag Designer to develop product accessories, including bags, pouches, and packaging concepts that reflect our premium hospitality and retail standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for multiple product lines.
• Develop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience.
• Create design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for accessories and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
• Research market trends, materials, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas into product development.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines.
• Support the team with design documentation, technical specifications, and development timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product, packaging, or accessory design.
• Proven experience designing bags, pouches, or packaging structures.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
