Associate Manager – Investment Technology (Real Estate)

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Manager I to lead investment technology initiatives focused on real‑estate data analytics. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team that values rapid experimentation and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and deploy application and data enhancement releases in partnership with multiple engineering teams.
• Maintain and support existing real‑estate analytics and reporting solutions built on Microsoft and AWS technologies, including Power BI, Snowflake and Airflow.
• Plan projects, prioritize tasks, and track progress against the technology vision and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to modernise, enhance and extend technical solutions that deliver high business value.
• Monitor application performance, diagnose bottlenecks and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Collaborate with and mentor other developers on modern technologies and concepts.
• Liaise with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues.
• Apply Agile and traditional project‑management practices as required.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience in application design and development using SQL and dashboarding tools.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing engineers.
• 5+ years of experience in the real‑estate domain, including data models, workflows and analytics use cases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project‑management principles.
