Associate II, Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management

About the role

The Associate II will drive sales and product promotion of Alcon’s surgical solutions to ophthalmic surgeons across an assigned territory. This field‑based role requires regular travel to engage customers, demonstrate products, and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Alcon’s surgical products to ophthalmic surgeons in the assigned region.
• Conduct field visits and product demonstrations to reach all customers in allocated towns.
• Maintain a regular travel schedule to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and purchasing decision‑makers.
• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within medical or ophthalmic devices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage a geographically dispersed customer base.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
