Associate Analyst - BSI Brand Analytics

About the role

The Associate Analyst – BSI Brand Analytics will support the Head of TA, Product Managers and Product Executives by delivering administrative, analytical and operational assistance. The role focuses on preparing marketing materials, maintaining data quality and producing reports that enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team.
• Assist Project Directors in creating promotional and marketing collateral.
• Ensure full implementation of the POE process and generate monthly customer‑satisfaction reports.
• Maintain and update the distributor database.
• Deliver accurate and timely analytical reports and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product and marketing teams.
