Assistant Professor – FinTech

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Professor specializing in FinTech to join our MBA program. The successful candidate will contribute to high‑quality teaching, scholarly research, and service activities while inspiring graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging MBA courses, develop lecture materials, assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish findings, and present at conferences.
• Participate in departmental and university committees, mentor students, and engage in community outreach.
• Pursue professional development through faculty programs and workshops.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent terminal degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (an MBA with significant professional experience may be considered for certain positions).
• Demonstrated experience teaching MBA or graduate‑level business courses.
• Strong record of scholarly research and publications (preferred) and relevant industry experience (preferred).
