Assistant Manager – Business Consultancy & Contingent Labour

About the role

The Assistant Manager will join LSEG's Group Procurement team, supporting business consultancy and contingent labour functions. This role focuses on managing third‑party supplier engagements and delivering sustainable value through strategic partnership and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive high‑performance supplier relationships.
• Execute early and strategic engagement across spend categories.
• Provide insightful vendor spend analytics to inform decision‑making.
• Support the management of a supplier base of approximately 5,000 partners and a spend of around £2 bn.
• Contribute to the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supplier relationship management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Understanding of procurement processes and spend analytics.
