Area Project Manager

About the role

The Area Project Manager will lead store opening and renovation projects across the assigned region for Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure high‑quality execution of retail spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute store opening and renovation timelines, targeting a 39‑day completion window.
• Prepare work schedules, conduct regular site visits, and maintain continuous communication with visual merchandising, design, landlords, franchise partners, regional business development, vendors, and operations teams.
• Organise project steering meetings, produce project reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation such as site visit reports, checklists, and hand‑over documents.
• Invite, vet, and forward vendor estimates to the commercial team for purchase order creation.
• Develop and onboard at least two new vendors per area based on forecasted needs.
• Ensure standardized quality across all stores and oversee repair and maintenance activities.
• Manage project timelines and promptly resolve any snag lists.
