Architect – Residential Projects

About the role

Reidius Infra, a Jaipur‑based architecture‑focused construction firm, is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Architect to lead the design and execution of residential projects. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and site engineers to deliver high‑quality, premium homes that meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for residential projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and 3D models according to client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards and company guidelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design‑related issues.
• Review and approve construction drawings, material selections and finishes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2–5 years of experience in residential project design and execution.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials and detailing.
• Good knowledge of Vastu principles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Ability to visit project sites as required.
