Architect

About the role

We are looking for a creative Architect to join our multidisciplinary studio in Chandigarh. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings and detailed plans that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers and consultants to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
• Manage project timelines, resources and budgets, overseeing the execution from design through construction.
• Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with functional and aesthetic goals.
• Maintain documentation and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Enscape or similar real‑time rendering tools.
• Familiarity with D5 or comparable visualization platforms.
