Architect – Full‑time, On‑site in Kozhikode

About the role

Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is seeking a qualified Architect to join its Kozhikode office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves leading the design, planning and implementation of architectural projects that meet client expectations and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural designs that balance functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural and project management professionals.
• Review construction processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to project management strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support the preparation of detailed project reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Proficiency in architectural design principles and practices.
• Understanding of software development and integration as it relates to architectural projects.
• Experience in project management for planning, execution and delivery of architectural works.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and construction compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or certification is a plus.
