Analyst, Insights and Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst for Insights and Enablement within its Services Business Development team. The role focuses on supporting the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, helping sales and operations teams work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, preparation, and optimisation of contracting workflows in the CLM platform.
• Translate business requirements into structured workflows, rules, and templates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales and Operations to map and migrate contractual constructs into systemised processes.
• Participate in testing new CLM features, identify issues, validate outputs and support remediation.
• Leverage tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Signavio, CPQ and other enablement platforms to improve execution and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at automation, standardisation and simplification of contracting processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, execution‑focused analyst with a strong interest in sales enablement and process transformation.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including Legal, Sales and Operations.
• Experience in testing and refining platform features.
