Analyst III – Data Insights

About the role

As an Analyst III at Nykaa, you will turn large volumes of data into actionable insights that drive business and product decisions. This senior‑level position works closely with cross‑functional teams to shape strategy and improve performance across the e‑commerce and fashion verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess problems and opportunities by analysing data and customer feedback.
• Identify emerging trends, competitor movements and product development areas.
• Prioritise analytics initiatives for quick wins and long‑term impact.
• Define and standardise performance scorecards in collaboration with Business Intelligence teams.
• Establish frameworks and guide analysts to deliver forecasts, trend analyses, feature impact and ROI insights.
• Partner with product, marketing and other functions to influence roadmap planning using predictive models.
• Proactively seek advanced modelling opportunities to solve critical business challenges.

Required profile

• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities, capable of structuring ambiguous problems and delivering clear insights.
• Strong statistical modelling expertise with a proven track record of delivering data‑driven recommendations.
