AI/ML Expert – Voice Solutions & LLMs

About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Expert to develop voice solutions and work on large and small language models. The role involves building, fine-tuning and deploying state-of-the-art models on embedded devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and script AI/ML models using Python for data analysis and production.
• Design, train, fine-tune and quantize LLMs and SLMs (e.g., Transformers, BERT, GPT variants) for speech-to-text, text-to-speech and NLP applications.
• Implement on-device ML solutions using TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit or similar frameworks.
• Apply AI/ML fundamentals such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Required profile

• B.Tech or M.Tech in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML and voice solution development.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit (or equivalent on-device ML frameworks).
• Experience with STT, TTS and NLP technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Transformers, BERT, GPT and other LLM/SLM architectures.
• Model fine-tuning, quantization and deployment on embedded devices.
