About the role
Enovis is seeking a polished Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level support to senior leadership within its Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. The role demands a proactive professional who can manage complex administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a strong executive presence.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned executives, handling communications and requests with professionalism.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics to align with strategic priorities.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread executive‑level correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and oversee related logistics.
- Organize leadership meetings, draft agendas, collect materials, record actions, and ensure follow‑through.
- Track deliverables and deadlines to guarantee timely completion of commitments.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and responsiveness.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global medical device organization.
