About the role
Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage workplace services and support facilities operations. The role works closely with internal business units and external service providers to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workplace services through various third‑party providers.
- Oversee facilities management operations and event coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and service providers.
- Collaborate with Global Real Estate, Finance, HR, Security and other functions as needed.
- Ensure safety and security at the workplace and implement EHS policies.
- Monitor emergency response procedures, including call trees and ERT members.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and support business requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in facilities or workplace services administration.
- Ability to engage with multiple business units and external partners.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for building and facility operations.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of facilities management operations.
- Event management experience.
- Understanding of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
