About the role
Swiggy Dineout is looking for an Account Manager to onboard and nurture relationships with 70‑80 restaurant partners in a defined territory. The role aims to drive significant Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of roughly 80‑90 lacs per month by promoting the Dine‑out platform and its offers.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain regular contact with existing partners to ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high‑quality image coverage.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on Dine‑out plans, promotions, and growth opportunities.
- Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to meet launch timelines.
- Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout denials, to ensure seamless experiences.
- Develop growth plans for each account and gather competitor insights.
- Analyze dashboard data, communicate key performance metrics to partners, and recommend actions to improve conversions.
- Monitor partner investments against competition and advise on discounts, commissions, and advertising strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B account management or partner relationship roles, preferably in the food‑tech or restaurant sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence partner decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
